The Novogene Italian Sequencing Project Awards 2025

Following the fantastic response to last year’s competition, we’re thrilled to bring back the Novogene Sequencing Project Award — and this time, we’re making it even bigger!
This year, we’re giving nine Italy-based researchers the chance to win one of our advanced sequencing packages. And here’s the twist — winners can now choose their preferred service:
> RNA-seq with quantification analysis, including gene quantification, differential gene expression (DGE), and enrichment analyses — plus access to NovoMagic, our powerful online platform for flexible reanalysis.
> Shotgun-based metagenomics with bioinformatics analysis — ideal for studying complex microbial communities.
Each winning package includes sequencing for 6 samples with 6 Gb raw data (approx. 20 million reads) per sample along with bioinformatic analysis. Sequencing will be performed on the latest Illumina NovaSeq X Plus!
