Terms & Conditions

1. Referrer must be an existing Novogene customer with at least one purchase order

2. Referee must be new to Novogene and not already be part of this referral programme

3. Only the first Referrer of the same Referee will receive the Referrer credit

4. Referrer must only refer Referees with different Principal Investigators (PI) than themselves limited to 3 Referees per PI (private sector: case by case evaluation)

5. Referee must order within 6 months to enable the Referrer to receive the Referrer credit

6. Referee reward is valid for 6 months and single use only

7. Unlimited referrals can be made; earned credits can be combined

8. All information provided is subject to change at any time without notice
