Head-to-Head Validation: Single Cell Suspension on 10x Genomics vs. Illumina Platform

Matched aliquots from the same single-cell suspension of human PBMCs and mouse spleen were processed in parallel using 10x Genomics GEM-X Single Cell 3′ v4 and Illumina Single Cell 3′ RNA Prep T10 workflows. Libraries were sequenced on Illumina NovaSeq X Plus and analyzed using Cell Ranger and DRAGEN, respectively.

Across key performance metrics, the two workflows showed high concordance in both human and mouse samples, supporting comparable data quality for downstream analysis.
