Validation Benchmarks: 10x GEM-X v4 Performance on Ultima vs. Illumina
Two aliquots of GEM-X v4 libraries were sequenced on the Ultima UG100 and Illumina NovaSeq X Plus platforms and analyzed using the Cell Ranger pipeline. The key performance metrics from Cell Ranger were comparable between the Ultima and Illumina sequencing runs.

- Service Bundle: Promotional pricing is a comprehensive package including Sample QC, Library Preparation (10x GEM-X 3’ v4), Sequencing (UG), and Cell Ranger Bioinformatics analysis.
- Sample Count: Minimum sample count of 4 per batch will apply; backup samples do not count toward the total qualifying sample number.
