Validation Benchmarks: 10x GEM-X v4 Performance on Ultima vs. Illumina

Two aliquots of GEM-X v4 libraries were sequenced on the Ultima UG100 and Illumina NovaSeq X Plus platforms and analyzed using the Cell Ranger pipeline. The key performance metrics from Cell Ranger were comparable between the Ultima and Illumina sequencing runs.
