Customer Notification – NovaSeq 6000 Discontinuation Timeline

Dear Valued Customers and Business Partners,

We would like to inform you that starting from December 1, 2024, we will be phasing out the NovaSeq 6000 sequencing service. The NovaSeq 6000 has been a cornerstone of our sequencing platform for years, providing reliable and high-quality results for countless research projects. However, with the evolution of sequencing technology and the introduction of the NovaSeq X Plus fleet, we are transitioning our focus to this more advanced and powerful system.

Please rest assured that we are committed to supporting all existing NovaSeq 6000 projects currently in progress or under contract. For customers who wish to continue their sequencing projects on the NovaSeq 6000 platform, we hope the timeline helps you plan your upcoming projects with us accordingly.

NovaSeq 6000 Discontinuation Timeline

November 20, 2024 – Promotion End: The 10% off per lane promotion for NovaSeq 6000 will end. This is the last chance to take advantage of this discount.

December 1, 2024 – Project Generation End Date: We will stop generating new quotes and issuing new contracts for NovaSeq 6000 projects from this date onward.

February 1, 2025 – Sample Submission Deadline: All samples intended for NovaSeq 6000 sequencing must be received by this date to ensure timely processing.

March 1, 2025 – Production End Date: Major sequencing work on the NovaSeq 6000 will be closed. Projects will be completed by this date.

June 1, 2025 – Final Service Closure: All services related to the NovaSeq 6000, including after-sales support, will be fully closed by this date.
