A total of $20 including extraction fee and sample QC fee will be charged in case the project is discontinued after extraction.
The promotion can only be applied to the starting materials listed above and extracted in our local Sacramento facility. Important exclusions are not applicable.
Other starting materials not listed above, including samples requiring certain BSL handling, are also excluded from this promotion. Please contact your sales representative or technical specialist for an evaluation.
Novogene cannot guarantee the extraction step due to numerous external variables (such as type of tissue, how the tissue is stored, etc.) that may affect the isolation process and are outside Novogene's control.
