Discover how we can empower you in your Transcriptomics research today.
The transcriptome, comprises of all RNA transcripts in a cell or population, holds valuable information about the genetic expression of an organism. RNA is the main carrier of genetic information that is responsible for the process of converting DNA into an organism’s phenotype. By studying the transcriptome, we can understand changes in gene expression levels under different conditions and the structural composition of genes, including start sites, 5′ and 3′ ends, splicing patterns and modifications.
