The latest Kinnex Full-Length RNA approach builds on the original Iso-Seq method, increasing research efficiency by optimizing the cost-to-sequencing depth ratio. By utilizing the MAS-Seq method, the kit combines eight cDNA molecules into longer fragments, effectively boosting throughput eight-fold. Together with the latest SPRQ sequencing chemistry, the enhanced performance of the Revio system makes Iso-Seq more accessible than ever, generating up to 13 times more data than previous versions.
