Scalable, cost-effective full length RNA sequencing

Kinnex full-length RNA sequencing employs the MAS-Seq method, which concatenates smaller cDNA into longer fragment libraries for high throughput increase. When combined with library sequencing on PacBio Revio system, we may expect 16 folds increase in data throughput per SMRT cell, as compared with the original Iso-Seq method on Sequel II system.
